• Minimum order of $1,000
• No Minimum Re-Order Amount. All re-orders are Net 30
• MAP (Minimum Advertised Price) must be upheld until Feb. 14, 2025
• In-Season Sales Opportunity: 20% Off, 1/17/25 - 1/20/25 - Products can be advertised and sold in Brick & Mortar/ Online Store/ Social Channels up to 20% off for MLK weekend
• The use of Amazon FBA, FBM, and SFP and any other third party selling websites is strictly prohibited (such as eBay, Etsy, etc). Use of owned merchant channel/profiles such as Instagram, Facebook, and registered business websites are allowed

Delivery Dates
• Preorder Products - images without a blue tag will ship beginning October 2024, unless a later date is specified by retailer.
• Quick Ship Products - images with a blue Quick Ship tag are available to ship 7/1/24, if desired.

• Due to uncontrollable delays, delivery timeframes are subject to change
• Grand Total ($) does not include Shipping & Handling Cost. Shipping (based on weight, size, and destination) will be included in final invoice
• All items shipped via FedEx Ground from Devens, MA with Ski The East account, unless otherwise specified by the Dealer
• 3% Transaction Fee on all invoices paid by credit card

• CLAIMS: Claims for defective merchandise, shortages, delays, or failures in shipment or delivery, or for any other cause, shall be deemed waived and released by Dealer, unless made in writing within ten days after arrival of the merchandise.
• CANCELLATION/RETURNED MERCHANDISE: An order placed with and accepted by Ski The East can be canceled, changed, or returned only with our consent. Cancelations or changes to an order must be made in writing at least 15 days prior to scheduled ship date. Shipping cost for returns will be paid for by Dealer unless Ski The East was responsible for an error.
• WARRANTY: All Ski The East products have a 1-year warranty. Products purchased at Dealer location that are returned by purchaser due to warranty issues will be replaced at no cost at Ski The East's discretion. Not covered under warranty are damages caused by normal wear and tear or improper care / accident. Shipment of replacement products will be paid for by Ski The East.
